How It Works

1. Evaluate

We clarify and align the organizational goals and individual development opportunities through consultation and assessments.

2. Develop

I collaborate with the individual leader to create a personalized targeted coaching plan that defines meaningful goals and competencies to develop.

3. Coach

The leader and I meet for confidential coaching sessions via Zoom about twice monthly for a minimum of six months

3. Progress

Measurable progress is achieved, documented, and reported confidentially as agreed by the leader being coached and the designated organizational representative
